I'm quite worried about him however he dose seem his self and I only noticed it when I brushed him. I gave him a little bath to see if it would wash up but it didn't. Do any of you know what it is and any advice? I'm really worried about my baby boy! I will attach some pictures. (by the way the yellow on his fur is pee stains!)

It may be his Grease gland which guineapigs have just above their bottom. Female and male guineapigs have them but they are known to be more active in males. To clean it you can give him a nice bath and Rubbing some coconut oil in it and then using guineapig soap. I'm not 100% sure if this is the problem and if it is normal for the grease gland to build up so much but it's just a possibility  hopefully someone will reply too to get a second opinion

It's his grease gland that has built up with some grease. If you scroll down to the third post on this thread you should find some info on how to clean it. Any signs of redness, swelling or pus please have it checked by a vet.

It's probably just dried grease that uv managed to get off the gland. Follow the steps in the guide to clean it properly then keep an eye on it x
