Grow grass

Since winter coming next couple of months I was thinking of growing my own grass indoors for my guinea to eat. Are Wheatgrass Seeds grass ok? Or type grass i grow matter.

Since winter coming next couple of months I was thinking of growing my own grass indoors for my guinea to eat. Are Wheatgrass Seeds grass ok? Or type grass i grow matter.

These are fine to grow and offer in small amounts to your piggies.
Do be careful not to over do it though if they are not used to eating grass already.
All of my piggies loved the occasional handful of wheat grass.

You can get a box of seeds from Wilko for £4, which is great value. I have loads growing indoors! Livens the place up and the boys love it too
