Guinea food not working

If your guinea-pig does not like the food you get in sacks/bags try giving it salad mixes. My guinea-pig loves salad!

Piggies are fussy little beggars
I used to feed mine the Wagg Crunch but they began selective feeding then a rescue fosterer recommended Wagg Optimum which they all love.
They have a bowl of Wagg and a bowl of Burgess Blackcurrant and Oregano daily topped up in the evening and two fresh veggie meals per day (little treats as well of course) |)

seriously though, piggies do need to have pelleted food too, so dont cut that out altogether x

Your right, guinea pigs do love salad. This is because guinea pigs need

- unlimited hay
- Unlimited pellets untill they reach 6-9 months, then 1 hand full per piggie per day
- one cup of fruit and vegtables (include salad) per piggie per day.

Salad should compliment the other essential parts of your piggies diet, not replace them.
