Guinea Making Grunting Noises

My female guinea Mable started making a weird
Kind of grunting noise tonight almost like a snore. She was lying down but her eyes were open. Is it possible she was
Snoring? I took her out th cage and she wasnher usual
Self. Did a tiny bit
Of
Grunting/wheezing type noise then stopped. Eating and drinking fine-No changes otherwise to report.

Keep a good eye on her and see a vet very promptly if the grunting/breathing is getting worse.
