Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can get Guinea Pig Bowls from cheap!...lol I got a new tea set so I am using my old tea set bowls for Sunshine, Twinkle and the girls as their pig bowls aren't holding enough now they are bigger. I have a couple of plastic ones from pets at home for Pudsey and Eccles but would like something longer lasting!

My bowls where ok while they were little! ::)

Thanks

Louise

Louise i use cat bowls (with two compartments) they are from morrisons and are 60p :) but they are plastic but they havent been chewed or show any sign of breaking :)

That's a good idea I'll try that. Space is limited for the boys as they are in a Nero 3 each but I'm sure that would be fine. I'll go hunting tomorrow! :)

what about the brown ceramic ones with 'rabbit' on from wilkos?

Do you have a stermat? or is that just here, I just bought a lovely ceramic bowl with guinea pig on it today, it was £1.25

Thanks for the link they look good! Peter was moaning ::) he said you've give the pigs our bowls, I said we have more in the cupboard. Pigs come before his belly anyway!...lol :D

I bought a medium sized bowl with 'Guinea Pig' on the side for £2 at Tesco O0

I use flan dishes for my girls it hold heaps and also the girls get more than enough

That's a brilliant idea Emma. I think I'll do that, I had a look today but I didn't see anything big enough! :)

I use those too. I like the fact that they do not tip over. One side for fresh veggies and the other for dry.

Great Niki, I think thats the way to go (along with flan dishes) all I can hear is the girls chewing the ceramic bowls...lol

I also use the double bowls. :)
I put their dry food in one side and dried grass in the other.
I use ikea small dog bowls for their veggies, they're only 19p each.

That's well cheap! I always forget about Ikea, our nearest one is Warrington!

I use plastic dog bowls, the lower ones from P@H, £1 and come in different colours! I use them one between two pigs :)

There the ones I have Emma for Pudsey and Eccles and are fine for them, it's just the other four I need new ones for. ;D

For the dry food I use ceramic bowls - they're white with cute piggy piccies (cartoon) on them :) For grass I use a dog bowl..for veggies I use the dog bowl too but usually scatter veggies.

They need bigger than that!?! :o ;D

LOL fatty pigs, I have cut right back on giving them too much maybe they would be ok with those. Think I'll go to Pets at home on Monday. :)

i was giving mine too much at one point but now I'm giving them 3-4 small portions of veg, its much better :)

have you found any bowls yet?

I'll go to P@H on Monday and get more of the plastic bowls and I'll get some flan dishes for the girls as their cage is bigger than the boys. :)
