Guinea pig chirping like a bird ?

So yesterday I was down feeding my guinea pigs and all of a sudden I was taken back by the sound of my guinea pig chirping like a bird!? Is this normal behavior, because I've had guinea pigs since I was five and have never experienced anything like it. Is this a sign of illness ?

It’s a very rare sound, most of us will never hear it. Nobody knows what it really means. The reports of the circumstances when it happens do not consistently point to one particular feeling ie happy, scared etc. It’s not an illness though

It was under strange circumstance. Yesterday I bought two pet rats and was handling them etc, I either thaught illness or the fact he smelled them off of me ?

Could be your piggy is upset having the rats in the vicinity, as I say though, nobody really knows why they do it.
