Guys I need urgent help

My piggy is laying on her side twitching and breathing heavily she can move her head slightly but cannot move her lower body. She keeps rolling around and struggling to sit properly.

This has been happening for around 2 hours, earlier in the day she seemed very tired and almost like she couldn’t move her legs and was wobbly. I thought she was just hot so I put a fan on her.

Lately she has been drinking a lot of water this leads me to thinking two things

1. Kidney failure which cannot be treated by a vet

2. Diabetes. If I take her to the vet maybe they can get her insulin shots or pills or something or is it to late for that to be possible

Basically I don’t know what to do. Should I take her to the vet. Is it to late to take her to the vet or is it even worth it at this point

PLS HELP ASAP

It can't hurt to take her to the vet, although it may be too late to do much for her, depending on the circumstances. They can treat anything potentially treatable or can help to ease her passing so she isn't uncomfortable if there is nothing that can be done. There's no way to know why so is so ill without a vet assessment, so it's worth having as much knowledge as you can to make decisions from.
