So Jet is spending the day in the vets and I have told them he is not comming out until we know what the hell is wrong! I was asked this morning if he had a pal. Yes 4 I said. If he stays overnight could I deliver one to keep him company, yep no problem. So here is the motley crew with pros and cons

Biscuit - pros - not phased by anything, loves Jet more than life itself, very protective of him. Cons - she has the smooch at the moment :vom:, she is the one referreing between the girls and Willow:rtm: and she is protecting Willow:box:.

Binky - pros - she would be out of the cage so the girls could get some peace:flag:. Cons - she would be in Jet's cage so he wouldnt get any peace :mal:and she hates guines pigs .

Willow - pros - she is adoreable :inn:- cons - she is too little, not fully bonded with Jet, too energetic:crazy: and I would need to reintroduce her to the herd.

Ziggy - pros - she is eager to please, she loves Jet  (although not as much as Biscuit), she is easy going. Cons - she is likley to be nervous at the vets:eek:, she is sorting out her place in the herd and is quite lively.

She was mopping his brow as I left and eating his delicious foodables! I suspect her smooch is also teeth problems meaning too much veg, however she is ill enough that it is the least of her worries (my sister has said we can fly Jet to the UK and if we did Biscuit would go too to be sorted).

I hope Jet is continuing to improve, did the vets get in touch with Simon in the end to find a solution?

Thank you.

Jet is in limbo for the moment. He is well in himself but only eating grass - even then slowly. Simon has suggested an agressive burr of his teeth and that is being carried out this friday. I am hopefull that it will provide a solution to his issues - he is currently eating like he has a mouth full of marbles.

He is however fiesty and has tried escape from the hooman for the last three feeds and is doing a mean stare out contest.

Hope all goes well on Friday.
How are you?
This has all been tough on you.
I am a bit tired and quite worried. Friday is make or break and he is so well in himself I will be distraught if it is the end, but honestly I can't continue to feed him 4 times a day indefinitely, I have a full time job which often takes me away.
