Guinea pig has super soft poop and not eating as much as she used to

So a couple of weeks ago Rosie my eldest guinea pig got surgry to get two abessess removed. One one her right cheek,the other on her bum. She was eating great post surgry. But after a while her diet slowed down. Not completly stopping but just a bit slower. Then a couple days go she got her stitches out and i was sure with the stitches out of her face she could eat better. Nope. She barely touches her hay but she does eat her pellets here and there and drink her water a bit. So i subbed with some treats like celery and carrotes which she did eat. But when i saw her poop last night it was all clumped up and mushed together. No water just mushy poop. It wasn't dark either just the normal color brown maybe a bit lighter. She still runs around on the floor and is excited to eat treats but not her hay. I'm at a loss now and i just got her back from the vet does she need to go back? Also does she look bloated here? She was eating fine before the surgry happened....

Hay is essential to the diet and adding in additional veggies to compensate for not eating hay is not a good idea.

While she is having an upset tummy, please stop giving all vegetables until 24 hours after poops return to normal. She needs to have a hay only (one tablespoon of pellets a day is fine to continue giving) diet to rebalance her tummy (and then hay needs to make up over 80% of the daily food intake in any event).

How is her weight? Weigh regularly, ideally daily, while she isn’t feeling well.

Only a vet is going to be able to diagnose bloat, it’s not something we can comment on from a photo. If you are concerned, then you need to go back to the vet.

Thank for the welcome and I'll do that, I'm just worried that she's not eating enough. I took her to her vet and they said that she was at a healthy weight. I'll keep giving her hay for the next 24 hours and see if that changes anything. I've been looking up stuff like crazy and i fell down a hole of symptoms she probably doesn't have and I'm just scarying myself. Again thank you for replying! If she's still not feeling well by then I'll take her to the vet to get checked out

You control the hay/food intake by weighing daily at the same time instead of the normal life-long weekly health monitoring weigh-in. Switch to the weekly weigh-in as soon as you have any concerns about your piggy's health or during/in the wake of any medical treatment.

Step in with syringe feeding as soon as your piggy has lost over 50g or is suddenly eating noticeably less. Again, you control whether you need to feed fully or only as top up if your piggy is still partially eating by monitoring the weight. Please contact your vet promptly if you experience a sudden deterioration in a piggy; in your case, it can be an infection in the body. 10-14 days is a typical time span for that.
