Guinea Pig Names

I've noticed that the forum gets many 'baby names' and other threads asking for help naming piggies. I was wondering perhaps if we should have a thread were everyone can post good names for guinea pigs and if anyone needed some ideas they could refer back. Let me know what you think of this idea.

The posting of the names would probably go something like this

The name you are posting - gender specific
name - male/female/both​

I think it is a good idea. I remember I made a long list of names for my website, must have been 500 or so.

I like the idea of having a names sticky. Listing names in categories like genders is useful, but I think themed names would also be a smart move. The question I always ask anyone looking for names is, "What type of name do you like?" To have various types of names should help a bit.

That is a good idea. So members could post the theme and then underneath the theme the names and gender specifics.

Name - Male/Female/Both

can we just make a list where there is a boys side and girls side and then the theme. for example

[*]Boys[/*]

Objects in the sky

and then the list. and then for the girls side.

That could work as well, but we would need to make a list for ambidextrous(names that work as both male or female) names as well
