Hi, I have 3 Guineas which sleep outdoors. One of them is feeling underweight and now is not moving. When I pick her up she feels like she had no energy to move. I have tried to give her apple but she refuses to eat. Her blink reflex is slight and breathing is quite slow. She is laid on her side, What should I do?

I hope she's alright :(
Poor piggie! :(

I have just noticed her two front top teeth were very loose, she must’ve not been eating. One fell out but the other is still extremely wobbly. What should I do?

The only thing you can do is take her to a vet.

This isn't something that you can cure at home. You really really need to go to an emergency vet. At the top of the page is a Vet Locator, that may help. Are you based in the U.K?

If you can, try to get him outside of the cage in a run or playpen of some sort. Give him a pile of hay, and just kinda sit nearby, rest you hand near him, just so he is distracted with food, but still gets used to you scent.

As above please get your piggy to a vet soon.

Bad news... we were on the way to the vets and she died in my arms😔Atleast she’s not in pain no more!

Sorry for your loss. These little heart snatchers can really hide illness too well, it’s in their nature ❣️
