Emergency Guinea pig not moving

((HUGS))- I'm so sorry for your loss.

Very sad to read your news. I am not qualified to give any suggestions for Cinnamonbut send him lots of love for a happy rest of his life.
RIP little piggie x

I'm so sorry you lost Nutmeg. It sounds like you did all you could and that you made the kindest decision when it was called for.

It's not ideal to have a solo pig because they are herd animals but sometimes it's an unfortunate reality :( Sparkle lost his companion with a nasty infection, which he also developed, so he couldn't make any new friends. I did my best to spend time being with him in an interested-in-what's-going-on kind of way. I also gave him a baby's soft toy of a guinea pig sort of size and he would lie next to it as he would his real friend (it was a bit heart-breaking to see). I quite often have the radio on when I'm at home and I discovered that he seemed perkier when I left it on low for him while I was out. We also had to do quite a lot of lap time and cuddles because he was on a lot of medicine. @piggieminder has posted links to helpful information.
