Guinea Pig Odd Behavior

About 3 weeks ago i purchased a baby guinea and they told me she was a female.. well two weeks went on and we noticed she wasnt acting right so we figured she was lonely and needed a friend. So we purchased another one we told the lady to make sure this one was also a girl and she said she is.. well my first pig Oreo wont seem to leave the other alone "licking its genitals". We tried to "sex" them and to me and my boyfriend they both look female but we are still unsure. Why is she doing this? Please help

How long has this behaviour been happening? It may be they are in Season. When did you introduce them to each other? Any chasing or rumbling going on?

My boys lick each others genitals often. They are definitely all boys. It may just be a friendly gesture!
