Ive never had males but I do have 2 females and I would say that is a boy. That looks nothing like the girls parts, but please dont take my word for it, I could be wrong.

Thanks all. I did have a moment of doubt when checking myself but thought he looked distinctly 'boyish' on the photo after I took it. Always best to double check though just in case!
