I know there was just a thread posted about this, and on there i said i had never heard it before...well five mins ago hubby and i were sitting in bed and suddenly we hear the weirdest chirping sound, actually i cant really describe the sound! it went on quite a while. maybe about 40secs. we went in to check on the piggies after and we think it may have been romeo who 'sang' i feel so lucky to have heard it!
 
When Cassie does it, she chooses to do it in the early hours of the morning and wake me up like a car alarm! This is definitely not cute... :))
 
:)) it was the early hours for us too. if we'd been asleep i think it would have scared us!
 
In 20 years I have only heard it twice. First A boar named Jasper who stood in the middle of the garden and sang his heart out which brought me running as I thought a fledgling was calling for its mum. (Better me than the cat)

Second a sow call Moo I own currently and her song made me think the cat had caught and brought something in.
 
:)) i didnt think we would ever hear it. it is alarming at first isnt it?!
