My piggy Nugget had these weird looking "nail type" thingys coming out of her front paws. At first I was alarmed but then called the vet and he assured me everything would be okay. I'd just have to gently clip the "callous type" spurs and then place coconut oil or the paw butter. She's doing well and running around a lot. She never complained but I'm happy her pads are better. I have to check them every day. Her brothers and mom don't have it.

Her feet look much better! I use this on my dogs cracked pads, it's excellent stuff. I use gorgeous Guineas foot cream for my pig that has Spurs but in all honesty she doesn't get them anymore since I changed them onto vetbed bedding a couple years ago.

Oh thank you so much. I need to get gorgeous guineas foot cream. Thank you for the amazing advice.

Oh i was just going to do a post about the same thing tho i might still do said post as I'm not sure now looking at your pics if my Noel has the same thing.interesting to see yours tho, where do you get the cream from if you don't mind me asking ?

Another vote for the gorgeous guineas foot cream, I used it on one of my sows every day as she has previously suffered form bumblefoot and easily gets dry and cracked feet. No problems since using it.

I ordered the cream from amazon. What does it look like? If you're piggy has a hole in his foot it could be bumblefoot but the best way to tell is looking at foot problems on guinealynx
