Hi,
One of my sows, Honey has had a watery eye since yesterday. It is not red or inflamed and i can't see anything in it (i've had a really good look at it). I bathed it with cooled boiled water yesterday, and today it looks a bit watery again. It's not sticky and the discharge from the eye is clear. She didn't seem at all uncomfortable when i bathed it.
She had this problem back in May, and it cleared up after 2 days.
What could this be? Should i take her to the vets or keep bathing it?

If your worried i'd say the vets,

Theres a chance it's some sort of an allergy to the dust in either your bedding (Depending on what it is) and or the hay, as it's hard to find hay that is completely dust free and piggies are quite sensitive,

It also could be something more serious, or the start of an illness, sometimes it better just get it checked out to put your mind at rest,
