Recently my two boars had been fighting so I separated them and reintroduced them.
The less dominant one (Papa) became the most dominant one during this rebonding session as we believe he was having a hormone peak.
5 weeks later, and the previously more dominant one (Pigwig) is growing more and more dominant, causing frequent chasing, rumblestrutting, teeth chattering and occasionally lunging.
While there have been no injuries, I am unsure what to do next and how this change in dominance will take place.
I’ve taken out their hideys as Pigwig kept cornering Papa.
Should I clean out their cage so it has unfamiliar scents or will that stress them out more?
Any other advice?
Thanks

It sounds like your two boars have hit the teenage months. Please take the time to read this very detailed guide here. Please do not change their cage, as that can cause more dominance behaviour.
