Guinea pigs tip of teeth are black

This just happened over a week.
The guinea pig waa found skinny amd not eating, so i took it to the vet and they didnt want to sedate to look at teeth yet, (they were not black tipped) ive been giving it critical care amd water, antubioticsx bumblefoot cream, amd fluid and 12 injections to see if itll start eating on his own. But while feeding him today i noticed the biting surface of his top and bottom teeth are black.

Have you fed them bananas by any chance? That's sure to turn teeth black. It doesn't look worrying to me. I suspect that the decay seen by @Skypipdot sees may be good debris.

The viting surface of bottoms are black cpuld not get a picture of it without putting it in his mouth.
