How old is your piggy and does he live with a friend?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to diagnose a problem simply from a photo, so it really would be best to have your piggy seen by a vet.

I’m not exactly sure what we’re looking at as they just look like normal ears to me? But if you have any concerns about your piggies health, please see a vet for the correct diagnosis and treatment
