COVID-19 Hairdos in Piggy

Are hair cuts difficult? With one of my sows she will fight you to the death and currently with medication, both act like drama queens. Do you get a vet to do it for you or do you do it yourself?

Only my long haired piggy needs her fur trimming.
She’s a bit of a diva but will let me trim her for as long as the bribes last.
I mainly concentrate on keeping the fur around her bum short.
@Betsy is our forum Piggy Furdresser and has written a couple of guides - there’s another one due.
I can’t link for you as I’m not tech literate enough

Both of mine are shorthaired and one of the detests being picked up, (not to mention nail clipping!) we even joke that she is evil. Adding haircuts to that would be a pain.

If this weather keeps up my Swiss lady is going to need defuzzing a bit to keep her cool. I was due to go hairdressers two weeks tomorrow which obviously isn't going to happen now. All pregnancy I have had amazing hair but now it's dry and splitting so could really do with it too!

I must add that the doggo was due his groom at the beginning of April and after wearing his surgery suit had a few mats. We brought some clippers and he has a bad haircut now and we are steadily working on the mats. Hubby then used the dog clippers to sort out his own overgrown hair.

I'm very grateful I had mine done just over a week before lockdown started

Priscilla certainly has character- in spades!

I’m thinking about having to trim my own hair now that I’ve had experience of trim her fur.
At least I won’t need a bowl of bribes under my nose!
