Hi guys! Because of the COVID-19 and the lockdown here in the Philippines, almost every pet shop is closed. My parents bought my GP, hamster food because there was no other food available in the shop they went. My GP has still some small amount of hay. Just want to ask if I can give him the pellets? Thank you!

I’d say no. The nutritional requirements between hamsters and guinea pigs are likely very different.

The good news is that guinea pigs don't actually need pellets.
BUT they do need unlimited hay and some fresh grass if possible instead.
Plus some fresh veggies - would that be a possible alternative for you until you can get guinea pig food again?

Hamsters and guinea pigs need very different things. Guinea pig pellets need to have hay as the main ingredient which makes them inappropriate for hamsters that cannot properly digest hay and do not require hay at all. A guinea pig diet should be high in fibre whereas a hamster diet needs to be high in protein. Without seeing the ingredients list and nutritional information I would not be able to say whether those particular pellets would make a good substitute for guinea pig pellets but it's unlikely that they would be appropriate.

I would definitely avoid feeding hamster food as the are protein based creature and guinea pigs are fibre based creatures. You can go on a pellet free diet if you can’t get any guinea pig pellets by making up for the lost calories and nutrition with more veggies.
