Please join me in wishing Fred aka Winfred a Happy 6th Birthday!
SHE (yes she is a sow) is my oldest piggie and is a Pets At Home special so I do not know here extact birthday but I counted 6wks back from the day I got her.

Under a year after Solar was born my Mam lost one of her two pigs, Tiger and Fred went to live with his brother Spike...

Sadly Spike and Fred never produced any babies so they keep each other company until a year ago when Spike passed over.

Fred currently lives with Kanika, Nina, Loba, Lily-Pad and Lowri. Kanika and Fred are thick as thieves, if Kanika is getting picked on and Fred is around she will sort them out and they love to sit and cuddle.

I do the 6 week thing too unless they are rescue pigs of course. :)

Solar is still with us she lives with Molly. Splat also stayed with me but he died around a year ago, unknown causes and my friend took her 2 brothers (Bobo and Mini Me).

Splat, Bobo, Solar and Mini Me (you can see why I called him Mini Me, he was the double of his mam).

Fred and the other girlies had a special tea.
A salad bag, containing spinach and all the other yummy goodies, cucumber, carrots, celery and apple.
