I can't believe it's a year ago that I adopted The Very Lovely Lexi and The One and Only Thea. They were shy and timid little things and Lexi was the fastest guinea pig I've ever known. She ran away at everything and was so fast!

Fast forward one year and they are happy, confident piggies and Lexi just walks quickly or runs slowly away at a few things now. They have both gained around 200g each and eat at least twice as much hay as any other piggie! I have trained them to walk into the Snuggle Sack Express to move them from run to hutch or hutch to run and most of the time they comply. They have only wheaked really loudly on one occasion a few weeks ago but they do chat happily to each other.

Wow, can't believe it's a whole year. Lucky ladies, coming to live at Betsy Towers with such a well trained slave to look after their every need :xd:
