Hello! My daughter got one year old boys a month ago. We were out of town for a week and left them with a sitter. Upon return one of the boys has a hard brown lump that I thought was an impaction on his bottom. We soaked his bum in warm water and rubbed mineral oil on it. He started pooping while we were working on the lump and the poop looks normal so I'm totally confused as to what this is and how to help him. The poop was coming from what appears to be a different hole behind this. It certainly seems stuck on there (he is covered in mineral oil). We are new piggy owners
