after loosing Damian this morning who was only 3, it made me think about my 5 remaining girlies who are aged from 4 to 6 :( ......... I guess I shall have to make sure my princess piggies are very spoilt in there twilight years xx

sorry to hear about Damien, I lost my Garfield this morning too. Got some spoiling planned for the other piggies. Will be thinking about you :)p

I am very sorry about your loss; I have lost two guinea pigs aged three after illness. On the other hand, I grew up with a family piggy that live until nearly 10 years old.

You can never say how long a piggy is given to stay with you; you can only love them with all your heart and cherish each day that you have with them!

Bereavement is understandably a time for reflection. At least something good can come out of this terribly sad situation, if it prompts you to cherish every moment with your girls (even more than you do already!) I'm sure you already knew how very special your piggies were, before this happened, but hopefully you know what I mean x

Am so sorry for your losses. Our George is 3.5 now and although he is healthy I cant help but get up every morning and lift the cover off his hutch slowly in hope of hearing that gorgeous wheek

i had two brothers live to 9! don't worry too much they are only middle aged.... cherish them whilst they are here!
