Looking to change pellets from Harrington as it's principal ingredient is not guinea pig related.

Looking at various ingredients I like the look of the haybox club pellets. (It would make my hay order eligible for free delivery also :-) ). However, it seems to be out of stock at moment in majority of sizes. Does anybody know if this is a regular occurrence, as I don't want to switch to something that is difficult to source.

Thanks in advance

I use them and no this isnt a regular thing. I've used them for about a year and this is the first time I've seen them out of stock.
They are large pellets and given only one tablespoon per day is needed, you literally only use a few pellets per day per pig (I go through about 5 pellets per pig per day) so they tend to last a long time!.

Thanks for the quick response. Can they be broken up at all to soften the transition from a relative small pellet to big pellets.

Yes they can be snapped in half.
The size difference never bothered mine though - they pick one up, bite it in half, eat half and drop the other half and go back for it after.
