Hello,
I swear marzipan is the problem to all our vet bills, I was watching them play today when Noticed an abnormality in Marzipans eye i'm not sure what's wrong but I feel like i'm always down at my vets and I don't want to go unless its necessary.
Heres a photo:

Any opinion would be greatly appreciated, as ever i'm completely clueless as to marzipans exotic ailments.
Astrid x
Ps. If the photos not good enough just say and I will try again tonight

definitely a vets visit i'm afraid. anything to do with the eyes can quickly become more serious. it looks like an ulcer from a hay poke possibly.

hi there, that looks painfull .
it is more than lightly an eye poke, it can by a number of things tough in this case l would
be thinking ? posibaly a run in with a cage mate ?

What ever the cause it needs a vet to examan it to get a better idea of the
extent of damage .
he will put a stain in the eye and examin it ubder a spesial light .

hopfuly it is not to damaged and a couse of spesial eye drops will sort it
out .
do not be suprized if the eye turns opake , this is quite natuural

NB. do not be tempted to use anthing other than what your vet pescribes,
drops that are sutebal for humans are so very ofter the wrong thing for an animal condition :hmm::hmm::hmm:

Thank you for all your opinions I'm going to book a vet appointment now for her, wish me luck x
