Hey everyone I’ve been with haybox for a while for my ladies hay however since they switched to bags I find I’m receiving less hay + it’s expensive for what it is! Anyone got any other recs? Thank you!

I now use happy hay co.
I get a 15kg bale of orchard hay

I stopped using haybox months ago due to them changing their delivery charge structure and not telling anyone. My previous subscription with free delivery then ended up having a delivery fee attached to it because I tried to add an item and it then updated to new delivery thresholds. They never told anyone. If I had known they were changing it if you amended you order then I would never have amended my order

I gave up Hay Box too. I have always had my meadow hay from Nature's Own, not a subscription service but they deliver really quickly so I reorder when I open the last bag. We've just had some lovely timothy hay from Little Hay co. They do a subscription service but the hay was a bit too expensive for us by the time you add in the delivery charge so I won't be getting it often, it will have to be a treat hay.
