hay up nose!

Last night during lap-time I saw a couple of millimetres of hay poking out of Buggles' right nostril. I thought I'd better pull it out. This was easier said than done as he kept moving his head away when I tried to take hold of it probably because it was pretty uncomfortable. I got hold of it after a while and managed to get it out. It was about 6cm long!! I've no idea how he managed to get it that far up his nose! Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm used to pulling hay out of bottoms but this is in a different league

Oh dear. I have never witnessed this before but thank you for the warning. I shall be checking my piggies noses more often
