He Dosent Want To Eat His Pellets And Is Loosing Hair

My piggy sage aka fat boy dosent want his peletts and he lost some belly hair he is eating his fruits and veggies and hay and like that but he dosent want his peletts and he lost some belly hair I cleaned his cage again for the 2nd time this week and I gave him a bath has anyone else been through this

hes 5 and he weighs about as much as 2 apples and he is not very active but he never has been he is my hang out with me and watch tv guy I have 3 and the other ones dont have anything and I have had him for4 years he has been eating his fruits and veg but not his pelletts and his fur I checked this morning is growing back
