I haven’t posted here before, so I hope this isn’t strange for a first post.
Hector was a rescue along with another guinea pig he was bonded with, Hank, and he was only a year and five months old.
He was from a bad background and I can only assume he had some hidden pre-existing health issue, since he seemed entirely okay the day before.
I woke up this morning and he was gone. I have no idea what caused it.

For the short time he was with me, he was a very gentle and sweet little guy. I hope he’s in a better place now at the very least, and I’m happy that I could give him a better life than what he had before for the time he had left. I’m so so upset that he passed so young.


Me and Hank will miss him so so much. I just hope he was happier in the time he had here.

Thank you, that is nice to hear <3 I’m trying my best to make sure Hank is happy until company can be figured out, so it’s helping me take my mind off of things just talking with him and watching him
