Help - Hair loss swollen face

Hi i have a 6 week alpaca guniea pig, he has lost his fur on one side of his face and in the last 24hrs his eye and face on the same side has swollen up. i took him the vets last Tuesday and they thought Ringworm, the hair loss has stopped since then but he now has a tilted head. does anyway have any idea what it could be and how i can help him tonight before the vets tomorrow morning?

please help i am really worried about him

does sound like fungal but could also have an abscess there too if the ringworm as become infected..

I had a guinea in with this once also a tilted head indecates a ear infection but i could be where the abscess is situated xx
 
I am sorry about your trouble.

A head tilt can indicate ear problems - make sure that you have his ear checked when you have him seen.

Could he have an allergic reaction?
