Heyoo,

Recently, i found a fantastic deal for a double hutch with run at the bottom for fifty pounds with all the accessories, we went to collect it in the car today but its huge and cannot fit in. :( We gave the lovely family a deposit, and got the keys for the locks in return...but now we have a problem! And are now struggling to find someone with a van by saturday, do you know if a local taxi company will let me use one of there mini buses to transport it? :S how did you guys get your hutches home?

Ive looked at online van companys but their prices are going on sixty pounds and upwards to hire a van for a day uggh! :( what do i do? It's a beautiful hutch and perfect for my little boys to have a good run in!

If you are anywhere near London, there are taxi vans. My friend used one to move house.

Ahh i spied them on google - they look brilliant unfortantly they don't seem to have any for the north of england (the cleveland area) thank you for your suggestion though! :)

Have a look in the classified ads in your local paper for ads like 'man and a van'- maybe under removals and storage- there's one in mine that says £15 per hour. :)

I have seen people on freecycle asking people if they can help if they had a van and they have say you will pay petrol or buy them a beer hope you got it home ok

could you hire a minibus taxi or black cab type taxi - would it fit in that?
