Help! Thing Coming Out Of His Bum?

I've just come up to get the guinea pigs out with my daughter I held under his bum to pick him up and he has something big coming out it's not a poo and I'm pretty sure it's not his balls... could he have been super constipated and it's all clumped together?
 
This is bad but I don't know what impaction is.. it's like the size of a hazelnut..... it's hard and beige/brown...

Can you please book a vet appointment first and then post a picture on here? We can't help you with a vague description like that.
 
I've just watched the video and by the looks of things it's the same... I feel so bad.. how has this happened? X
 
Looks like impaction. Please take him to the vets asap as impaction will cause a build up of poo that can lead to real problems. Your vet can show you how to deal with any future impaction.
 
Dito , same as Diddy pig , vet asap would be the safest course of action
 
Thanks everyone he's sorted now.. just got to keep an eye on it
 
According to a friend that has bred Guineas and showed them she said it looked like it and talked me through how to remove it.. I'm checking everyday at the moment to make sure nothing else comes back
