I know this forum doesn't replace veterinary advice but I wondered if any one knew what this scab is? It's on my youngest guinea but not on the other two, I really want to know if I should separate her.

Looks like she's been scratching I would suggest a vet trip because they will be able check certain things off the list. Maple had and has a similar thing on the bottom of her ear and also on her body.
Best thing to rule out is mites and if she continues to scratch it might be skin related.

I agree, it does look like she has been scratching, could be ear mites or fungal.
I agree - that looks like she has scratched herself. It could be the start of ringworm/fungal. Please use extra good hygiene until she has been seen and you have got a diagnosis.
