My piggies can't be near eachother because they will fight. So I have them separated but they keep trying to get at eachother. What do I do? They keep trying to push down the barrier to get to eachother. I don't want to get rid of one of them but I don't know what to do. Is there any thing I can do without getting rid of one of them?

It sounds like territorial behavior at present
They can live side by side but you will need to either make the divider more secure so they can’t push it down - use several zip ties; or put up entirely separate cage walls (rather than just a single dividing barrier) and make the cages slightly apart so there is a small gap between each cage.
If they are upset at the moment due to it being a recent separation, then try covering the divider with a blanket to block their view, let them calm down for a few days and get used to things and then slowly start to remove the blanket

I have something on the wall and each time I try to take it off in the slightest they bother run up to the opening and start being territorial. Then the younger one starts bar biting. It's the worst thing to deal with, but I don't want them to be lonely.. yes I need to buy more zip ties so I will be doing that.

Leave the covering up for a few more days. You can then try to remove and see. If they still do it you can leave up for longer again and gradually remove it.

I found that with cage aggressive pigs what worked best was to make a secure divider (in our case we used C&C grids) and covered this in cardboard on both sides - I used zip ties to secure the cardboard to the divider grids.
I think I left this up for around a week and then slowly trimmed away a very small section of the cardboard at a time, so they could see each other gradually rather than suddenly having a long shared wall.
