Elvis has lost alot of hair right down to the skin it doesnt look natural what could it be?

once the treatment from the vets kicks in he'll soon bounce back. I found when my board had mites if i rubbed a bit of Pampered Piggies Sooth Gel on it he was a lot less bothered about it.

Makes him smell like a girl tho, as it has lavender oil in it :
