Holders or Snatchers?

Are your piggies holders (as in, they like you to hold their snacks for them while they munch) or snatchers (i.e. get off my food slave 😅)

I have one holder (Oggie) and one snatcher (Finn).

You guys?
 
Snatchers most defiantly! 😂
 
One of mine is a 'that cant possibly be food if the human is holding it...it has to be a trick...just ignore it' and the other is a 'munch happily until I realise the human is holding it then run away.'

In their defence they're coming up on 10 weeks old and are still getting used to life as pampered piggies. :D
 
Aww, they’re just still teeny tiny little babies ☺️

Also, I’m starting to realise from the responses that maybe Oggie is just really lazy 😂
 
Ted loves to be hand fed sweet corn kernels so he is definitely a holder and the girls will eat anything from my hand too, so three holders.
 
Comet was a holder, and the other 4 were all snatchers. Jack would at least try to avoid taking your fingers but that was as good as it got lol.

It depends what food it is. Lettuce and leafy greens must be held by the slave but anything else is snatched and ran away with 🤣
 
Chanel is a holder when it comes to pellets. Fudge can be a holder when it comes to green beans and other things. But otherwise they’re take and eat though not always snatchers. They’ll just eat it where I give it to them...though Toffee will tend to run off with his food because he’s scared of Fudge coming to take it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
Jezzy floof is a holder, if you offer her food and let go before she's eaten it all, she drops it on the floor then expects me to pick it back up and hold it again until she's finished! Clover also likes her food holding as she can reach higher than the others so me holding things up prevents parsley theft :)
Puggle snatches and runs as far a she can, Blod snatches then disappears into the nearest hidey house... Piggle and Theo just bite my fingers until I drop the food then snatch it back and forth between each other until its gone!
 
Snatchers definitely.
Phoebe will be standing on her hind legs and stretching to grab a leaf out of my hand

Does Jezzy eat whatever you give her in a sensible, start at the top and work her way down way? Because Oggie seems to eat sideways and gets closer and closer to my fingers no matter how I’m holding the food 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
