Homemade treat recipes specifically for weight gain?

Hi! I'm looking to make my own biscuits/treats for my underweight piggy that has struggled long term with gaining weight, there doesn't seem to be anything physically wrong with her, we think she is being bullied away from the food by the other pigs and has become reluctant to eat. My vet suggested I use something like critical care and make biscuits out of it to give her a few extra calories since she is difficult to syringe feed but loves her oxbow vitamin C biscuits! I thought this was a great idea.

I have some sherwood SARx PLUS which is a syringe feed specifically for weight gain, if anyone can help me figure out a mixture including this, loaded with calories for my girl plus the baking instructions I would greatly appreciate it... I would rather make my own than buy junk from the pet store... If anyone also has other suggestions to gain weight on a piggy please let me know. Thank you!

We have found that grated sweet potato and porridge oats is an excellent weight gain food for recovering piggies. I'd have thought that cooking syringe feed would destroy the vit C content?
