Hot Weather.. Can I Put A Plastic Pop Bottle In Full Of Cold Water For Them To Sit Near?

It's suddenly come hot ... One piggie was making lots of noises when I just got home from work.. Wondered if she was hot? Can I do the above ?

You can do this, as long as it is well wrapped and protected so they can't chew it, and that they have plenty of space to get away from it so that they can get warm again.

The best thing to do is to freeze the bottle of water in the freezer and then give them the frozen bottle wrapped in an old sock.

Thanks.... She is moving ok so not heat stroke.. Maybe she was just singing.. I've given fresh cold water in both bottles and some veggies to chomp on, cucumber and celery.. I just panicked ...

That will be fine. Plastic bottle wrapped in towel or fleece will be great!

We put the bottles in socks
