Just got bitten by one grumpy female during bath time:x.. well, she shouldn't have such a dirty bum rolleyes.. the others are enjoying being outside for the first time in two weeks, I have to make the most of any dry warm weather, as other wise they just don't get out to graze...
Great idea about the icepack - I hadn't thought of that.
Have been concerned that my two still aren't drinking much. Put a bowl of water in the run for them as well as the bottle just in case, but they're ignoring that too.
(Well I say ignore, Biscuit put her nose in, got it wet and then ignored it from then on )
My girls have been inside all day as I thought it was too hot for them to be out, inside has stayed nice and cool so they have been there useful selves!
Gus and Darwin have been sulking under the hide all day indoors (too hot to go outside) and both nipped us when they were brought out for cuddles. They cheered up with some green pepper though.
mine have been zonked in the pen all day, they hardly moved and have only just started eating the veg i put in now! just saw this thread with a lovely idea to make ice lollys to keep them cool http://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=70999 i'm making some now x
