Hiya guys,

Walsall RSPCA have a 'Rabbit and Guinea Pig Awareness Day' this Saturday 10th September at Aldridge Community Centre from 2.30pm - 4.30pm. I'm currently in the process of putting together a notice board with photos of suitable guinea pig accommodation.

If you have any photos we could use could you please post them on this thread? :) Thank you in advance :) xx

here is a picture of our c& c cage

I have C&C:

Houses 1 pair on each floor.

Feel free to use any of these. :)

I've got a few that you can use, these are all the same cage just rearranged and such every time I change out the cage for cleaning :)

One with fleece, one GIANT pigloo for the boys to share, two tunnels, two food bowls and a giant hay corner.

These three have bedding. Two of everything except for the hay area, only one of those

forgot to add, this cage is a 4ft by 2ft cage one story and has lots of space for two boars, they also get floor time daily :)

Its not as fancy as the others that have been shown but it does meet the basic RSPCA requirements (not including the hay loft) (thought it might show people what you can do with the basics.)

Heres my pigs humble abode (no longer has sawdust on hay loft, could take new pictures if you want to use them, just ask. :) )

I have some outside hutch photos you can use, all are over RSPCA recommended size :) photobucket is being useless though, I will put them up tomorrow for you.

6ft by 2ft double hutch. Sorry it has no piggies in it for the photo! I have 3 ladies in the top and little Ed (from yourselves at Walsall) and his wife in the bottom. So it more than meets requirements!

Might be able to pop up a photo of my 8ft by 2ft double for you too, but I'm currently in the midst of a piggy shuffle since it arrived and my setup looks quite a mess at the moment, hutches galore. :(|)

My 4ft+ x 2 ft with under run. I have made a couple of modifications since this picture was taken - fleece on the ramp with a side piece to make it tunnel-like and safer and have covered some of the hole where the ramp is to create more floor space upstairs and again, make it safer. Home to 1 adult and 2 eight week old sows. Will be expanding in spring to accommodate them as they grow. (coming inside in a c&c for winter).
