How can I dry out dandelions?

My friend brought me in a huge bag of them from her garden and I want to dry them out and put them into jars for the next few months! Any ideas?

Under normal circumstances I dry mine on wire racks, in an airy place, out of the sun, until crisp. Unfortunately, the weather (being damp mallethead ) doesn't help with the drying. Best done over a few days of good, warm and sunny weather. You could try an airing cupboard, but they do need a good air flow.

I also dry plantain and nettles for them when I can.

Huumm, not sure how successful i'm going to be! No wire racks or airing cupboard, just a small one bedroom flat! mallethead What a shame as I have so many!

I think maybe popping some leaves between some kitch towel for a start would help. I also wonder if hanging them up would work? A lot of pegs though.
