My 2 guinea pigs have been getting along perfectly fine ever since I got the 2nd. I have had the 2nd piggy for about 3 months and they have gotten along really well. Today the dominant piggy has been teeth chattering at the other and was chasing him around. What should I do to help them bond better

Hi! How old are your piggies? I assume that they are both boars?
If they are both youngsters, then it is highly likely that they have hit the hormonal teenage months. Please take the time to read this very detailed guide. It gives you information about the various typical teenage phases; what you can do remove any potential problem areas to help stabilise the bond; how you can test whether a bond is still functioning when it gets really tricky (yours is nowhere near that) and your options if the boys are not getting on as they develop their adult identity. You should find it very helphul: Boars: Teenage, Bullying, Fighting, Fall-outs And What Next?
