Hello, I would like to know how to make an outdoor hutch soundproof (to protect the guinea pigs from noise), thank you! Also inexpensively if possible!

Given hutches are wire fronted, for ventilation and light, making it soundproof would not be possible.

What noise do they need protecting from?

Noises such as cars w loud music driving past, neighbours could party (they hardly ever do but yknow always good to be prepared), unexpected fireworks

They should be okay. They get used to noises. Just make sure they have hides where they can go to feel safe.

At first my Piggies would panic run from any noises, when they realised that the noises weren't going to catch and eat them they relaxed and just carried on as normal. Your piggies will get used to noise and it won't worry them any more.

As previously mentioned guinea pigs need natural light and fresh air so making a hutch soundproof is not possible.
However if you know noise is coming (for example at New Years with fireworks) then you could cover the hutch with extra layers of blankets/old duvets to help muffle the noise a bit.
We have also occasionally used soothing music for guinea pigs from You Tube, but ours live indoors so that might be tricky if they are outsdie.

But they will get used to noise.
My indoor piggies have to put up with television, the hoover, a coffee machine, 2 kids who play musical instruments (including a trumpet), the play station, etc.
These days they barley bat an eyelid at any of the noises we make.

guinea pigs get accustomed to noises,my outside piggies have it quieter than the indoor piggies who have sounds of tv,telephones, hoovers, etc.i agree with swissgreys.you could put some cuddle sacks in to distort any noises eg fireworks.
