How do I make the hutch smell less of girls ready for a pair of boars?

I have a triple stack hutch. In the penthouse hutch live my pair of foster boars, George and Reese. In the middle apartment, I was looking after a pair of girls fora friend, but they have gone home now. My lone boar, Pip, is currently with Debbie at TEAS getting his teeth sorted, so when he comes back, complete with his new best friend Bob, they will move in to the middle apartment (!). The bottom floor is storage so I can't put them in there.
What can I do to make sure that the hutch doesn't smell too much of the girls? I have cleaned it out of course, and it is completely empty at the moment. Is there anything I should spray or clean it with to prepare it for when they come back?

Do a wipe down with cleaning vinegar; that takes care of any smells nicely.

I'll give it a good spray and let it air, thanks both. It will be a while before they move back in, so plenty of time yet.
