How do i post a photo please?

I am very new to this and i cannot figure out how to add an image. I have found the insert image icon but where do i get the http from?

okay, google type in photobucket and open a free account and then upload your pictures from your PC to your photobucket account. then on second row here you have a wheel, picture frame, globe etc click onto the picture frame, up the top of the screen a yellow strip message appears appears click and allow scripted messages. click onto the picture frame again and a window box appears clear this. now every picture has four codes share URL, direct link, HTML code and IMG code. copy the IMG code and stick into box that appearred on the screen earlier. then click okay when writing for picture comes up delete the
