how do you unblock a grease gland?

I think Isiah's grease gland is blocked. I noticed his fur is all sticky and hard around his grease gland. I tried to give it a clean with an unscented baby wipe but it hasn't really done the trick. He only had a bath two days ago so I dont really want to be dunking his again so soon.
Anyone have any ideas how to clean it?
Also what are the consequences of a blocked grease gland, if any?
