How early can you tell...

I've only had 1 pregnant piggy, she was pregnant when i got her but i didn't know.
I suspected she maybe pregnant at the beginning of April because she'd developed the "pear shape" - she gave birth on 16th April to one baby.

I'm assuming if it's a multiple pregnancy you'd see the signs earlier than i did :)
